ONE-YEAR FOUNDATION COURSE

This course provides an in-depth study of the main aspects of the ancient Egyptian body of knowledge. By combining classroom studies with the practical application of the physical culture, the Foundation Course teaches the Egyptians’ totally holistic view of the universe and its fundamental connection with nature and humanity.

Studies include:-

  • Philosophy:
    The definition of philosophy; the origin of knowledge; good and evil; the construction of man; co-operation of vital powers; the magical rose; the art of self-development; the five kingdoms of nature; the 42 natural laws
  • Religion:
    The meaning and definition of religion; cosmogony; mythology; reincarnation and the journey of the soul; ceremonies of worship (initiation, prayers, funerary rites); symbolism
  • Medut-Netru (hieroglyphs):
    The symbolic nature of the Medut-Netru; the four divisions of the Medut-Netru; pronouns; types of sentences; conjugation of verbs; translation of original texts
  • Natural Medicine:
    Sacred anatomy; the vital organs and their functions; the causes and healing of disease; diagnosis; nutrition and healing; herbology; Em-Kheru-Khat (physical management)
  • Mathematics:
    Definition and function of mathematics; the Pyramid of Character; the Divine Triangle; definition and function of music
  • History:
    Sources; an overview of pre-dynastic history to modern day
  • Astrology:
    The influence of the stars on mankind; the basic foundation of the Egyptian astrology
  • Physical Culture:
    Stretching Prayers (Sesh), Breathing Prayers (Sesenti), Posture Prayers (Khentyu), Power Prayers (Usert), Warrior Prayers (Sebek-Kha), Sound Prayers (Udaut), Glandular Prayers (Bau)

Next course: Sunday afternoons (2-6pm), starting January, 2010.

Fees: £200 per month by cheque or cash, plus an initial payment of £100 for training uniform and personalised health programme.  A concessionary rate of £100 per month (plus initial payment of £100) is available for students, upon production of a valid ID card.

 

2010 INTENSIVE COURSE FOR BEGINNERS

A ten-day course introducing the main aspects of the ancient Egyptian body of knowledge, designed for students who cannot attend weekly courses and classes in London. Accommodation, meals, training uniform, personalised health programme, text books and instructional DVDs included.

Studies include:-

  • Philosophy:
    The definition of philosophy; the origin of knowledge; construction of the human being; the nine bodies; co-operation of the vital powers; good and evil; the spiritual path; initiation; the art of self-development
  • Religion:
    The meaning and definition of religion; cosmogony; mythology; reincarnation and the journey of the soul; ceremonies of worship; symbolism
  • Medut-Netru (hieroglyphs):
    The symbolic nature of the Medut-Netru; the four divisions of the Medut-Netru: alphabet, syllables, picture signs, determinatives
  • Natural Medicine:
    The vital organs and their functions; the causes of disease; nutrition and healing; Em-Kheru-Khat (physical management), including skeletal adjustment, massage and acupressure techniques
  • Mathematics:
    The study of number as a means of understanding the nature of the universe and the true qualities of each individual; the definition and function of mathematics; the Pyramid of Character
  • History:
    An overview of Egyptian history, from the pre-dynastic time to the present day
  • Physical Culture:
    The Egyptian understanding of the human body is the source from which all other nations drew their comprehension of the human sciences. Students will learn some of the basics of the five main divisions: Stretching Prayers (Sesh), Breathing Prayers (Sesenti), Posture Prayers (Khentyu), Power Prayers (Usert) and Warrior Prayers (Sebek-Kha)
