The Sia Academy accepts payments by sterling cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

To pay by sterling cheque, please complete and print the form below. Once you have filled in the form, please return it to us at Sia Academy, 42 Holmdene Avenue, Herne Hill, London SE24 9LF (UK), with a cheque payable to Sia Academy for the total amount due, including postage. In order to ensure that the goods are dispatched to you as soon as possible, please put a contact name, address and telephone number on the back of your cheque.

To pay by bank transfer, please e-mail details of your name, postal address, telephone number and order to:

and we will e-mail you the total cost of your order and our bank details, so that you can make the payment direct.
To pay by PayPal, just click on the PayPal buttons on the relevant website pages and follow the instructions. Postage is already included in your PayPal order.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

Postage should be calculated from the table below and added to the total on your order form. If ordering more than one item, please take the postage for the most expensive item and add it to half of the postage of any other items. For example, if ordering "The Ancient Egyptian Natural Medicine" and a "Sesh 1" DVD from within the UK, add the postage for the book (£8.50) + half of the postage listed for the DVD (½ x £1.50) = £8.50 + £0.75 = £9.25 in total for the postage.
